We must prepare for the coming storm before it comes. These days and seasons belong to God and His ways are not our ways.

Christ in us is our only hope of glory. So many times we are seeking external manifestations of the love and presence of God when He is wanting to do a deep work in our hearts.

Revelation tells us that the kingdom is a kingdom of priests. In other words, God's governmental structure consists of priests standing in the place of priestly ministry.

In Phillipians 3 Paul exposes his own internal pursuit for the high calling. He is willing to law aside every religious accomplishment purely for the knowledge of Christ.

The Word of God is unmatched in its ability to transform a life. Tragically we often become dull and do not hear the Word with ears that are eager for the revelation of God.

God is calling us to the place where we can trust him completely. So often we want to rule our own lives and find that we do not really trust God completely in all areas.

God is speaking breakthrough to individuals that have been waiting for God to move.

God will bring breakthrough, but there are requirements on us if we want to see a breakthrough from heaven. God gives us keys that open up our hearts to receive His breakthrough.

The ability to bring God's breakthough is a characteristic of the apostolic church.

While we ascent to the doctrine of the resurrection, we must examine our Christian walk as individuals and as a body to see if we are truly walking in the genuine resurrection power of Jesus. Resurrection Power is required to be born again, it is required to live the live God has called us to live, and it will be required at the end of the age when the dead in Christ rise first and put on a glorified body. Are we daily walking in the reality of Jesus' resurrection power or is it just a doctrine? Without this power living within us, we are not living an authentic Christian life.

As we near the end of the age, God is looking for harvesters and warriors. Harvesters must discern the times and give themselves to reaping souls. At harvest time all other pursuits are put aside for the single work of the harvest. We must also recognize there will be great opposition and we must be prepared for a war. This war will be won as we are filled with Divine love and allow it to possess us and flow through us to break the chains of those on bondage.

A harvest is not a thing that is guaranteed. Once a seed is planted, we must be careful to cultivate it to bring harvest. Not only must be sow correctly to the Spirit, we must also cultivate what we have sown that there might be a harvest to be gathered. We must go deep with God and allow the Holy Spirit to reveal Jesus to us and in us.

America is coming into a serious time of shaking that has already begun. This will be a shaking unlike anything we have known and many will be confused and become offended with God. God will use this shaking to reveal Himself and to expose our hearts. We must prepare for this shaking so that we remain true to the Lord and are prepared to minister life to others as difficult times come.

The church is in the midst of this reformation. While God is reforming the church, many have been so zealous for change that they have abandoned basic principles that Scripture lays down for the church. We must cling to the critical principles of church while reforming all that has become man made religion lest we create another form of church that is a man made expression of a different kind.

It is critical to the church that we understand our position as sons before God. We must understand that God treats us like sons and expects us to live as sons. Too many live with an orphan spirit. It is also critical at this time that we hear the voice of God. We must sit before Him and have all other voices silenced that we might hear His voice and remain in the truth.

Regardless of our gifting and annointings, humility must pervade our walk with God. It is critical that we take on humility and the character of God so that we walk as God desires us to walk and be a demonstration of Jesus on the earth.

It is critical that Mothers realize how critical their place is in the body. They have such influence in creating an atmosphere in their home and contending in prayer for their families. In addition, women are called to release a fragrance in the church through their own personal devotion to the Lord.

God is moving on the earth and we must remain sensitive to His Spirit and in the flow of His move. We must desire His glory above all else. We remain hungry and flexible to follow Him at all costs and be willing to let Him shake and remove things in us that we may truly come to know Him.

God is looking for those that are hungry and desperate. We must be those who will accept the work of His Spirit. He is coming to us like a hammer and fire. His hammer will break everything in us that is not of Him and the fire can then rest on us just like Jesus promised.

The Lord desires to take times of transition and quietness and increase our faith. We can see from the Scriptures how Jesus would have us increase our faith while we wait before Him.

As Father's and parents, we have been given extraordinary responsibility for those we must raise and train up. We must look to God for the strength and power to lead the next generation. As we rise up and commit ourselves to the Lord, He will give us strength to lead our families in the way they should go.

David said, "I have set the Lord before me." We must lay everything else aside and set the Lord before us, allowing Him to become the focus of our lives.

Authority is a critical issue, however we must realize that all authority does not come from the same place. The root and nature of authority is critical. Some authority comes from a good and pure root and other authority comes from one that is tainted. One pure authority is capable of truly defeating the works of the evil one.

It is critical in this day and hour that we have the seal of Heaven upon us. God seals those who are His in critical times. We must present ourselves to the Lord that He might seal us upon His heart, a seal that is stronger than death.

We sometimes are so driven by our own desire for progress, we forget that the goal of the Christian life is God's glory and not our own personal achievement. God's desire is not just to get the Gospel to us, but, more importantly, to get the Gospel through us.

We are living in one of the most critical hours in human history. It is critical that we are sealed by heaven. We must seek the seal that comes from God. It is God's plan that we are a letter to the earth bearing His seal.

The Scripture clearly tells us that man is made in the image of God. While most of us may believe this, we really do not understand the profound implications this truth has. Understanding what it means to be made in the image of God can change the way we understand our relationship with God and our ultimate purpose.

The enduring saints are described in Revelation 17 as the "called, chosen, and faithful." What does it mean to be called? The Scriptures are full of examples of callings. Throughout the Scriptures God is calling a people to Himself.

God is calling us to take a stand for His pure, supernatural move. There are two critical keys if we want to move with him. First, we must have a greater awareness of our own spirit and how we interact with the Holy Spirit. Secondly we must learn to guard our hearts.

God desires us to be ruled by His Spirit rather than our own soul. We must be willing to be led by the Spirit and allow His Spirit to transform our soul so that our soul is a willing and able servant to the Spirit.

As we progress in the spirit, God yearns to have us grow in godliness. As we grow into godliness our lives will demonstrate the fruit of brotherly kindness and brotherly love. Godliness finds its practical fulfillment in the area of kindness and love one for another.

We are called to be both hearers and doers. Many hear the Word and even know they need to change but continue year after year not to put things into practice. We cannot "do" without Him, but we must come to Him and lean upon His power and His strength and "do" the things that we have heard.

We are exhorted in the Scriptures to be watching and waiting for His return. When we are vigilant to prepare our hearts for His return, we lay aside things that otherwise hinder us and lay aside those things that would otherwise be a snare to us.

Now matter how far we go in God, we must always stay near the cross. There are deeper levels of the cross that we must experience. While we may be familiar with the cross, God wants to take us to another level of the revelation and working of the cross in our lives.

The church in America is entering a desert place that God might set the power of the Spirit upon the church. Jesus' testings in the desert in Luke 4 illustrate the deep work that God longs to do in the American church that she might display Him.

God is calling his church into a new season of conquest like Joshua. The period of the wilderness is over and a new season will require a faith in Him and the ability to face multiple challenges and conquer them all. God is also calling forth Joshuas that have been in a place of serving and hiddeness to come forward. We must have courage to conquer and obey.

In the Scripture we find that rivers are significant places for the people of God. Likewise, God gives us rivers in our life that represent transition places. There is a prophetic word for us that we must hear as we surrender to the work of His pure river.

The early church understood the requirement of a proper eschatology. The had a revelation of the end and an urgency that propelled them to sacrifice, holiness, and evangelism. If we do not understand the end correctly, it impairs our revelation of Jesus. The revelation of Jesus and the revelation of the end are joined together and if either one is missing the church suffers greatly.
