Kingdom Peace Story

Lord, we ask you today for real peace! Peace is “freedom.” Webster says peace is freedom from war, violence, and all disturbances that would keep you from quiet tranquility or mental calm and serenity.

Peace is a heavenly commodity that has to come to earth through the kingdom of God. It is His gift to us who believe and see Christ Jesus for who He is. Jesus said when he went away, “I will not leave you comfortless but I will give you another in My place. He will be My peace in you. Peace I leave with you, it is My gift to you, and it is not the same as the peace the world gives.” This peace that is so beyond our understanding is found in communion with the Holy Spirit who Jesus has given to His own.

I want to share one experience that has made this truth a reality that lives in me. In 1970 I experienced a peace that I knew was supernatural and would always be with me. My three-year-old son died after five days in a hospital struggling to live due to a tonsillectomy. Respiratory complications existed in the recovery room and he was not able to regain the damage done. I leaned into Jesus, who I was just getting to know.

He graced me with a holy peace and wrapped His arms of strength around me. The strength of His peace gave me a sense of security. Even though there was the shock of crisis and the deep grief of loss I was able to function in a calm state of serenity. In the weeks, months and years to follow I was to learn about His peace and His great faithfulness in the midst of the worst crisis I could imagine.

In the midst of this particular lengthy life-storm I was divinely kept in a state of freedom from damage and despair. It was real peace. The peace rested faithfully in my heart and mind. It was not dependent on what difficulties I had to face going through a funeral, or telling his two sisters why he was no longer with us. It was not dependent on the rough days ahead for me of missing his smile and giggles, or his hugs and kisses. When I had to remove his clothes and toys from his room my tears flowed like a river but it felt that they were being kept and used to wash away my grief. When I had to set the table without my little son’s plate my aching heart struggled in desperation for comfort and I found it in a divine person who knew pain and heartache beyond any man.

Jesus shared His comfort with me and now I know how to share comfort with others. This peace had His strength in it that enabled me to do what I would have never believed I could do. I found a part of me that I did not know existed. There were times of grieving where I felt so life-less and despondent but as I leaned into Jesus it would change. Looking back the best description of what I experienced is it seemed like a liquid healing ointment would touch me and was being smeared on my heart. I know now it was the love of God. You see this became Jesus revealed to me. This touch was a person; it was Jesus, who has been my faithful redeemer and friend now for 38 years. And it was Holy Spirit; Who Jesus gave as His gift to be in me and with me. And through every trial of life I am still learning to lean into His peace more and more.

You do not find real peace when your bank account is full, or when your job is secure, or your health insurance is paying the doctor bills. You don’t find real peace when life is handing you all sunshine and roses. You find real peace that passes all human understanding in great trials, impossible challenges, and the raging storms of life. His treasures are found in dark lonely places of emptiness, pain and brokenness. He is very near in times of trouble and so ready to show us who He is for us. He is always there to give His peace.

Today this country is facing a storm of great velocity that will shake the lives of many, including believers. People need the Lord. This world cannot find this kind of peace until the King of peace returns again to the earth. His Kingdom is peace. Jesus Christ is real peace personified. He gives Himself to us in the gift of the Holy Spirit Who will forever be with us and in us regardless of the worst circumstances. Holy Spirit is comfort and much more.

Lord, again, we ask you today for real peace! There is hardly a nation, a family or a person who is not in need of this real peace today.

But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you. “Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.] – John 14:26-27 (Amplified)

Anchored to Win

This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil”….Read Hebrew 6 13-20

Hope is the anchor that keeps us steady through all the storms, the transitions, the mountain climbing, the valley walk, the desert seasons and all life’s crises. Hope anchors us into the place where Jesus dwells. Hope anchors us into His presence no matter whether we can feel it in our emotions or not. It just does because God said it. Hope anchors us into the Most Holy Place where we find Jesus, His grace, His mercy, angelic ministry, the supernatural power of God, the sustaining power of God, and the revelations of God that defeat the gates of hell.

The Temple of the O.T. reveals what we have access to in that place. You are the Temple of the Holy Spirit and your spirit is that most Holy Place. When we can go deep within us into that place we connect with the throne room of heaven and we are securely anchored in unfailing hope. Now hope believes in what it does not see. Hope is the womb of faith. With Hope we develop the eyes of faith and can see what we hope for come to pass.

Our hope is absolute and unmovable if it is anchored in the unchangeable character of God and His immutable absolute word. God is always good all the time. He is just all the time. He is love all the time. He is unable to make mistakes. He is unable to do evil. He cannot lie. He is our God and creator and there is none greater. So all things, that means all things whether good or bad, work together in our lives for good if we love Him and are called according to His purpose. Even our mistakes or failures He can turn for our good. Our great God can take the worst-case scenario life could give us and turn it around for our good. He takes all the enemy tries to do and turns it around to the good of His people who fear Him in love. He is God and He does it because He can. It is Who He is. He is the great “I AM.”

How wonderful to be put into Christ, a resurrected man yet God, who prays for us before the throne day and night. The One we are anchored in is the One who lives forever to save us so completely in the every day of our lives even in the extremes. He lives to present us one day to the Father God a glorious people kept by the power of God to forever live with Him.

No matter what happens in this world or what the enemy has done to defeat you God can take it and turn it around to give you great increase of authority, love, compassion and faith. If you put your whole being into the absoluteness of our God; in who He is and what His word says, you cannot lose. No matter how the circumstances turn out you win, because you are anchored Christ Jesus who always causes you to triumph in Him. You will make it. You have been destined to conquer and in the end of the end YOU WIN. You will overcome with great gain, which is godliness (God-likeness) with contentment. I thank God for the victory for all of us. I thank God for the Lord Jesus, our ark, our strong tower, our refuge, our hiding place, our secret place, the strong man within us, and the stronghold of our lives.

Consider Your Ways

The Lord speaks to the prophet Haggai in a day when the people of God needed to “consider their ways”. They had been living in captivity to Babylon and its gods, but now God was moving to bring them out of bondage into a place where they could dwell in the freedom and presence of one true God. In the same way today in the church of Jesus Christ, there is a divine shaking of what has been built in order to transition His beloved into a secret place of refuge and intimacy with Him.

Sadly we find many parallels between God’s people today and in Haggai’s day. In the days of Haggai their eyes were on themselves and what they could do for themselves. In spite of all God had done to deliver them from all the error of their ways and their captivity; still they continued in selfish ambitions, to yoke with darkness and to mix in the activity of false religions, eating at the devils table of pleasures.

God spoke to them that He was with them and that He had stirred servant leaders to lead them into righteousness, justice and holiness. Haggai spoke of the holiness and purity of God’s temple that would require some separation.

” If one carries holy meat in the fold of his garment and with edge he touches bread or stew, wine or oil, or any food, will it become holy? They answered NO! And Haggai said, “If one who is unclean because of a dead body touches any of these will it be unclean? So the priests answered and said, “It shall be unclean.” Then Haggai answered and said, SO IS THIS PEOPLE, AND SO IS THIS NATION BEFORE ME, SAYS THE LORD AND SO IS EVERY WORK OF THEIR HANDS AND WHAT THEY OFFER THERE IS UNCLEAN.” Haggai 2:12-14

Only the Blood of Jesus Christ can touch that which is unclean and make it holy. But if we who have been made clean through His blood dabble in the unholy table the devil sets in this world we will become unholy. We have to know the difference between what is clean and what is unclean, what is holy and what is not. The Spirit of God who lives in His people is HOLY and therefore HE will lead us into holiness. Holiness is a lifestyle, which presents a higher standard of life. We who call ourselves Christian can no longer just ignore our own conscience for that is the means by which God purifies our dead works. If we justify our own wrong actions then we are tuning the voice of God out. There has never been a day when it is more important to hear the voice of God. There is great need for an awakening to the iniquity of our hearts and lifestyles that defile us before our God. Without holiness no man will see the Lord. (Hebrew 12:14)

Haggai’s speaks a message to them in their economic downward spiral:
“You have sown much, and bring in little. You eat, but do not have enough; you drink, but you are not filled with drink; you clothe yourselves but no one is warm. And he who earns wages, Earns wages to put into a bag with holes.” Haggai 1:6

It took the prophet to wake them up to what direction they were going and why. Their priorities were out of order. The safety and prosperity they wanted was tied to their making this assignment from God their priority. First they were to begin to build His house (His Kingdom) and their lives to be holy temple in which the Lord could dwell. It is critical today to hear the voice of God for our direction in every area of life and obey it.

We must begin to build our lives, our business, our ministries, our homes and families to be fit for the King to come in with His presence and establish His kingdom for the Glory of God. It must begin on the inside and grow outward into greater works of fruitfulness that glorifies God. Then our lives will prosper in good days or dark days. The Glory of God will be greater on this latter house and shine brighter in these coming days of judgment. Hear what the Spirit of the Lord is saying to the church today;

“Once more I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land; and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of all Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory, says the Lord of hosts. The silver is Mine and the gold is Mine says the Lord of host. The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former says the Lord of hosts. And in this place I will give peace, says the Lord of hosts.” Haggai 2:6-9

The word of the Lord was ” I will shake heaven and earth, I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, I will destroy the strength of the Gentile kingdoms. I will overthrow the chariots and those who ride in them; the horses and their riders shall come down. Everyone by the sword of his brother.” Haggai 2:22

Today “each believer” who has Christ inside through the Spirit of God is a precious stone that makes up His temple. This is our priority beloved; God wants above all to fill His family with Great Glory. In the midst of great darkness and turmoil that will come on the earth God wants His glory to arise upon you, clothing you with His presence and power.

God loves His family! Together we make up His temple. He longs to come into our gatherings and do as He wills. We must not forsake our gathering together for He longs to come upon us with His Glory. All that hold us back in darkness fades away in one moment in His manifested presence and His “transforming” love can then penetrate our whole being, spirit, soul and body.

God Desires Obedience

God says in His word that He desires obedience above sacrifice. He says that he desires love above great sacrifice, or great gifts or great anointing.
He first loved us so we could love Him. Love is first. Love is the beginning.
Obedience that is out of that first love is not burdensome, and it is how God imparts His love into our lives.

OBEDIENCE IS THE MEANS TO BLESSING

Obedience is the means by which God’s love is poured into our hearts by the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5). The Holy Spirit within us responds to obedience. Through obedience He sanctifies our lives from within the depths of the heart. He transforms us from within into His likeness as we obey the commands and the voice of God. The resurrected Jesus is born in us more and more when we obey. It is the power of the resurrected Lord Jesus that stabilizes our lives in victory regardless of our circumstances in life. God deposits more of Himself in you as you obey.

INSIGHT FROM SCRIPTURE

“Has the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice.” – I Samuel 15:22

“Who ever keeps His word truly the love of God is perfected in him.” – I John 2:5

“Faith works through love.” – Galatians 5:6

“And faith comes by hearing: and hearing comes by the word of the Lord.” -Romans 10:17

“But faith without works or obedience is dead like a body without a spirit.” – James 2:17-26

These scriptures are very plain and simple. God desires simplicity. He says if you will hear and obey My ways, My will, My written commands and principals; and if you will obey My voice from within or coming from another, then I will pour My love into you heart and through that love genuine faith will be added to you. When we obey from fear it is works, but when we obey out of love it becomes a mighty resurrection force within us that can be released with effectiveness toward others. To obey is to walk in a spirit connection with the Holy Spirit who is our Divine companion for eternity.

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God are the Sons of God.” – Romans 8:14

“For as we have been united together in the likeness of His death certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection.” – Romans 6:5

OBEDIENCE REQUIRES DYING

If we choose to obey the Lord, then we will have to deny the fleshly nature in us. We cannot live by the spirit and obey the demands of our body, or our soul that desire to dominate our lives. The mind, emotions and will are the dominating force in our lives until we are born again by God’s Holy Spirit. Your body gets it’s way most of the time. It is only possible to have real life now and eternal life with God by a second birth. This second birth requires life to be lived in Christ by the will of the Spirit. Therefore a disciple of Christ must daily nail the flesh to the cross every time it demands its way and let it die. Jesus will replace it with His Divine resurrected nature as we ask and believe. The resurrected Lord in us is our victory. And there is no resurrection without death. So obedience at the times when everything in you screams to have its own way is the pathway to experiencing a crucified life of love and power. It is in this path that you find life, that you know your God, and that you will encounter His supernatural power in your life and service to Him.

“Do you not no that as many as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death.” – Romans 6:3

“Always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus that the life of Jesus might also be manifested in our body.” – 2 Corinthians 4:10

SAVED BUT NOT BLESSED

We can be saved and not blessed with the richness of that salvation because we really do not walk in an obedient lifestyle pleasing to the Lord. How we obey is an integral key to blessing. It is the human nature to think it is only the big things in life that we must obey, but God desires obedience in every small detail of our lives. Obey when your actions or words are misunderstood. Obey when it seems the opposite of what we want to do. Obey when it takes great patience and resilience. Obey when it is not seen or understood by anyone. Obey especially toward your spouse and family as you would any one else. Your home is no place to let your flesh have its way. Your marriage relationship and children is the most important place to walk in the Spirit and not obey the desires of the flesh. Obey when it feels impossible to do.

“Be not be deceived, God is not mocked; for what a man sows he will also reap.” – Galatians 6:7

To obey His ways we must read His Word and do it. To experience transformation we must hear His voice and obey it. The Lord reveals to me that I must obey without delay for the greatest anointing. And it must be all the way, not half way obedience. Saul obeyed some but not everything he was told to do. Therefore Saul lost blessing. The favor of God comes from obedience to all He asks of us through His grace every day. His grace is upon us to empower us not to excuse us. Of course there is grace and mercy and forgiveness with God. But do we often times fail to confess honestly and repent in order to receive that forgiveness. We can deceive ourselves and disobey our own conscious. We grow insensitive to our own obedience and therefore to the Holy Spirit.

TRUTH IN THE INWARD PARTS

We must live a life of humility to pray and seek the Lord and often fast in order to see ourselves in truth. God requires truth from the inward parts. And our only safeguard against deception is the “love of” the truth. (2 Thess. 2:10)
That means we love the truth at all cost. This is the pathway to righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. This is the pathway to the Kingdom of God manifested within the life of a true disciple of Christ Jesus and demonstrated without as led by the Holy Spirit. The alternative is living in the wilderness of the soul power, which is exhausting and has no capability of agape love or supernatural power. We will never produce God life from man’s traditional religions. We produce God life only through His Holy Spirit.

Let’s pray this prayer together if out of love for Jesus you desire to please the Lord above all:

Lord I humble myself now and ask you for more grace to obey your word and your voice without delay. I want to obey all the way, not half way and to obey you every day in all the details and relationships of my life, especially those dearest to me. I know your mercies are brand new every morning as I come to you humbly in faith. Help me to obey your voice in my spirit and Your written word to me. Help me know and obey your ways, your mind, your heart and your will for me; not out of fear but out of love for you. Awaken more love in me, awaken more abandoned love, consuming love, and capture my whole heart until you find no fear in me at all. We ask in the name of Your strong Son, Jesus Christ. Amen

Know Him Through it All!

Jeremiah 9:23-26 (NIV)

23 This is what the LORD says: "Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength or the rich man boast of his riches,

It is not how much we know in this life about everything. It is not how strong we are in this life to perform, to look good, or be respected by men. It is not how much we have, or own, or are able to obtain, or even how many rich friends we have.

24 but let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the LORD, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight," declares the LORD.

It is about knowing God through all the Holy Spirit allows to come into our lives. It is about understanding His heart in all matters, and exercising His ways in all matters. It is about Him being our delight, about pleasing Him being our constant goal in life.

25 "The days are coming," declares the LORD, "when I will punish all who are circumcised only in the flesh- 26 Egypt, Judah, Edom, Ammon, Moab and all who live in the desert in distant places. For all these nations are really uncircumcised, and even the whole house of Israel is uncircumcised in heart."

This is the hour to let go and let God show us clearly all areas that need cut away from our lives that we will stand in the hour of great trial on the earth. Our sins are easily recognized, but the good that comes from our good self: (our self absorbed, self centered, lives that stays in charge of too many areas), is not easily recognized. The deception of self is darkness. The one who refuses to change is bound in pride and God will not come close to pride; He resists it. Critical to being a spiritual believer is submission to the deep work of the cross, surrendering to Holy Spirit as He trains us through the circumstances of life. The one who deceives himself becomes hard on the inside and the outside. He becomes obsessed. The term obsession means self-deception. And it is a matter of the heart, so many who are proud are obsessed. Having sin in our lives defiles us, but what we need to fear most is the darkness of having self-carnality in our lives but refusing to see it. This darkness eclipses the Spiritual revelations to know God in a close intimate relationship. This is darkness in the light and oh how great is that darkness. The solution is abandonment to Holy Spirit, a complete surrender to yield to the Christ in you, and real transparency before the mercy throne of God where Holy Spirit will give light and life and power. Don't wait until it is too late and you have not acquired the prize. Don't wait until the harvest is past and you are not ready. Don't wait until life passes you by and you have never really found real life. "Call on me the Lord says with honest heart and I will show you what you don't see. Humble yourself before me and I will reveal things to you, and I will discipline you to the peaceful fruit of righteousness. I will be your Father and you will be my Sons and Daughters. I will be your God and you will be my treasured people."

Sound a Love Alarm

Early in the morning upon awakening, there was a message in my heart for the body of Christ. The Lord impressed me that His eye is on the love of the body of Christ for one another. The Lord, himself gave this commandment to all believers.

"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, If you have love for one another." John 13:34-35

The Lord said to me, "Sound an Alarm for the body of Christ" It is time to unite around the cross of Christ. It is time to find level ground at the feet of the Savior's Lordship. It is time to form an army for the Lord who will not break ranks. It is not time to allow God's household to be divided, but rather to stand together in purity and unity of heart and spirit. It is time to stand up strong beside your brothers and sisters in the Lord. Stand beside them, fight for them, fight with them, and lift your shield of faith before those who are battle worn and those weary in hope deferred. Put your life on the line for your brothers and sisters. Lift your sword against the enemy for your brother and not against him. Go rescue those who have slipped and fell into snares and traps set by the enemy with humility of heart. Pray for those who have lost their way and rescue those who have strayed from the path as if they were God's priceless treasure, because they are. Have genuine love and release compassion for those of the household of faith.

There are issues in the family of God that must be dealt with as they are properly discerned but stop sitting in the seat of judge and jury toward the household of faith and be willing to take correction and discipline for your own selves. It is easier to see the failures of others than it is your own. Pray for spiritual discernment, which is pure only as one walks in truth and love. Stop deceiving your own selves, to save yourself. You must love the truth even when it hurts you. You open doors to deception if you do not love the truth. You blind yourselves with a veil of self-righteousness if you have to always be right. Put your energies for revolution against the right enemy and rescue your friend, your neighbor, and your brother. Seducing spirits and doctrines of devils are heavy upon us trying to take influence with believers who give any place for them to work. Don't stand and throw more dirt over them, but get in the pit with them and help them get out to freedom. Travail for your brothers and sisters who are oppressed and deceived by the enemy.

John the apostle writes in I John 3:16-18, "By this we know love because He laid down his life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whosoever has this worlds goods and sees his brother in need and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? My little children let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth."

Take a stand for your godly leaders in the Lord and cover them, carry them, and lift up their arms for the battle rages. Many leaders cannot make it without true amour-bearers to stand unmovable along side them. Leaders must have the courage to faithfully surrender their heart for the Lord to search and reveal any wickedness. Leaders must also have the courage to correct others in humility and godliness. The God appointed leaders among the church are fighting some of their "hardest ever" battles to take the church forward into a new season of rapid advancement of the Kingdom of God.

Who is God's family? It is those who do the will of God, says the Lord. (Matt. 12:48-50) God loves His family; they are His pearl of great price. They are the body of His Son Jesus Christ on the earth. The Father is watching those who name the name of Christ. He knows those who are His. He is purging His own, placing the pure and spotless garment on for a wedding. The Father is ready to crown His own with crowns of His Holiness to prepare the way of the Lord. Jesus is here to prevail in His body and He is coming as the sovereign Lord on the earth. It is an hour to arise to an overcoming love for your brother and sister, your mothers and your fathers in the Lord. Out of this love for our God and His family comes the great grace and power of His love for the harvest of the earth.
His love never fails! His love is perfect love and has no fear in it.
Let us remember, without His love we are nothing and profit nothing.

"Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And thought I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love it profits me nothing." I Corinthians 13: 1-3

Know and See into the Spiritual Battle

I believe there has been a release from hell of a horde of demonic interference hacking into the atmosphere of God's beloved. This is to keep you from what God is saying, or doing, or giving, or wanting you to see. It comes to mess up your normal attentive and responding "frequencies" in your spirit. It is to hinder your reading, your praying, and your obedience and response to God. It is to distract you. It brings interference into all communications. It brings feelings with it such as, too busy, not interesting, can't concentrate, confusion, misunderstanding, heard it before, its not doing anything for me, don't need it, and on and on. Its sole purpose is always to bring some form of death in the eternal soul of God's beloved. He has not changed his age-old tactic from the Garden of Eden. He wants to keep you from walking in the garden with your God clothed with His glory. This is called spiritual warfare. This is admonition to stay alert, awake, and faithful to resist it so it will flee defeated.

The devil tries to be like a Lion as he seeks to counterfeit God in everything. He roars seeking whom he may rob, steal and kill. First he wants to kill your faith little by little, because you can't please God without faith. He seeks to rob from you all your prayers, dreams, promises and destinies. You must stand strong on every word God has spoken and move forward in greater faith then ever before. Let every difficulty, temptation, or offence just push you closer to God. Make all the sacrifices to obey God and follow at all cost. The counterfeit Lion roars seeking to steal all your goods from you and your house. Selah!

The evil lion is violently passionate and skillfully aggressive to steal love out of your relationships first with your God and then your marriage. High priority on his agenda is to divide and separate families both natural and spiritual because it affects a whole nation. He wants to destroy the ministries of the Spirit and diffuse the gifting of God in His people before it ever reaches full fruitfulness. He wants to steal your financial prosperity binding your ability to be able to move in His will and bless the Kingdom of God. He wants to pollute or contaminate the purity of good character in the body of Christ by causing a mixture through his subtle plants of tolerance, compromise, disobedience or pride and selfish ambitions. If believers allow these things he can rob God's people of their rightful full measure of the Holy Spirit and the empowerment of His Holy fire so critical for this day and hour. The only power the enemy has to enter our domain is our ignorance and passivity, our flesh, or our disobedience.

However, when Jesus Christ is the strong man of your temple and your house then you and all your goods are kept by the power of God. Jesus Christ must be the stronghold of your entire life. Jesus must be greater in you then anything or any other. Simply make Him Lord of All.

So we must humble ourselves before a mighty God and ask for more grace refusing to lean on our own understanding or on the arm of flesh. We must resist the devil with bold faith and humble obedience and he will flee. We must decree the truth of His word that no weapon formed against us will prosper. We must know we are sons led by His indwelling Spirit and take authority over the demonic devisees that come our way. We must know we are a pearl of great price because we belong to the God of all creation and power and He says "Is anything to hard for the Lord?" His word declares, "With God all things are possible", and "All that is impossible with man is possible with God." He roars as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah to us, you can do all things through the Christ, Who is in you. The Father God says, I will do exceedingly abundantly above all we could ask or think according to the power which works inside of the believer, for Christ in you is the hope of Glory. For Of God and through God, and to God are ALL THINGS, to Him be glory forever. Amen

Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. – I Peter 5:6-10 NIV

This is the Generation

As I was in the process of waking up the Lord was laying this on my heart. I feel He is giving us admonition for right now. See through these words what the Lord is saying. Picture it as you focus on the meaning of the words that are describing what God is saying to us. Pray and "Go after God" for this is the generation that will see the coming of the Lord.

Again I say, "See what the Lord is saying." Be careful or your hearts will be weighed down.

THIS IS THE GENERATION!

This is the generation that will see the coming of the Lord. This is the generation that must go after God. This is the generation that must not be rocked to sleep in the easy arms of lukewarm by the rocking chair of the good life. We are being tested and tempted to become drunk with all the extreme stimulation of our society today. We are dulled in our spiritual senses by the extreme. We are weighed down and over burdened by surfeiting.(too much)We are thrown into the atmosphere of depression and discouragement by all the worries and cares of this life. This is the generation that cannot afford to be distracted from the seriousness of this day by the hordes of busy demands put on us in this hour. We cannot risk being blinded from spiritual eternal focus by the counterfeit cloud of pleasures. We are being tempted with the intoxication of indifference from all the comforts and material prosperity of this country, but the greater danger is the strategy to suck us up into a whirlwind of distractions that will drop us into a pit of dull unawareness, robbing us of being fully awake and fully alive in the Spirit. It just creeps up on us like the frog being boiled in water so slowly that he is not even aware of what is happening, he just grows used to it.

As the bible warns us, this day we can see approaching may come upon us suddenly like a trap or a noose, for it will come upon all who live upon the face of the entire earth. So we must take caution to prepare and be ready. We must be on guard watching at all times in all situations. We are to pray so we will have the full strength and ability to be accounted worthy to escape all these things that will take place and to stand in the presence of the Lord.

LUKE 21:31-36 The Message

He(Jesus) told them a story. "Look at a fig tree. Any tree for that matter. When the leaves begin to show, one look tells you that summer is right around the corner. The same here-when you see these things happen, you know God's kingdom is about here. Don't brush this off: I'm not just saying this for some future generation, but for this one, too-these things will happen. Sky and earth will wear out; my words won't wear out."But be on your guard. Don't let the sharp edge of your expectation get dulled by parties and drinking and shopping. Otherwise, that Day is going to take you by complete surprise, spring on you suddenly like a trap, for it's going to come on everyone, everywhere, at once. So, whatever you do, don't go to sleep at the switch. Pray constantly that you will have the strength and wits to make it through everything that's coming and end up on your feet before the Son of Man."

Luke 21:31-36 NIV

Even so, when you see these things happening, you know that the kingdom of God is near."I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. "Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with dissipation (depletion by excess), drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you unexpectedly like a trap. For it will come upon all those who live on the face of the whole earth.Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man."

Write us in Your Book

MALACHI 3:16-18

Then those who feared the Lord talked often one to another; and the Lord listened and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him of those who reverenced and worshipfully feared the lord and who thought on His name.
And they shall be Mine, says the Lord of hosts, in that day when I publicly recognize and openly declare them to be My jewels )My special possession, My peculiar treasure). And I will spare them, as a man spares his own son who serves him.
Then shall you return and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him who serves God and him who does not serve Him.

GOD IS WRITING A BOOK: I WANT US ALL TO BE IN IT.

God is listening for us to talk often to each other about Him in our lives. He is writing a book. He wants to write down the love and faith of His own treasures.(people)
If we are worshipfully fearing to be completely abandoned in His Lordship and helping one another often we will be one of the jewels He puts in His book.
If we are written in His book of remembrance we will always be spared in times of trouble like a son is always sheltered by His Father.
We serve Him first with our pure hearts and release the fruit of that eternal priority to each other often, that our discernment will be right and not wrong.

PRAY AND BELIEVE: MAYBE YOU WOULD JOIN ME

Come Lord with healing in your wings for
all the crippling ailments in the body of Christ (body, soul, spirit)
and release us fully into personal and corporate destinies.
Equip us with all the mantles of reformation that are falling from heaven now,
and as we are all worshipfully fearing to be faithful to serve you first in full obedience
come to baptize us new with the power of Your love for others out of that fruit.
This I pray and proclaim for us all in the mighty name of the one name above all else, The Lord Jesus Christ.

Live From the Other Side of the Cross

The old favorite song says, "I will cling to the old rugged cross" and so what does that mean to us who love Him and serve Him day after day? Is it just a song we sing to comfort our religious needs or satisfy our church programs? I hope not.

Jesus Christ absolutely was the Son of God and He came to us in order to cling to that old rugged cross between heaven and earth. As the blood dripped and His life on earth was drained out a great sin debt was paid. A triumphant victory was won that would finish the complete work of redemption for all mankind, the earth, every universe and all that exists which all belongs to His Father, the "ONE" TRUE CREATOR GOD.

One day the whole universe and every human being will know that the blood of this King of all Kings, and Lord of all Lords, has cleansed the whole eternal creation from a great revolt of sin and rebellion. This prideful fall first took place in the very throne room of God by His most anointed cherubim Lucifer, now called satan, the deceiver, and the Father of lies.

The real issue here of the old rugged cross is what we do with this great Divine transaction of God in Christ becoming a man like us in order for Man in Christ to become God-like. The real issue is whether we who know this Jesus as our savior will apply all He accomplished there on that old rugged cross to our lives.

Will this sacrifice He made for us cause us to live free from all the sin and curses of our own family generations. Will we really believe that our own fallen natures have no power to control us as we live a lifestyle of forgiveness and repentance? Do we take a stand of faith against sickness and resist all the power of subtle evil forces of the dark satanic kingdom? I pray Christ's true church will arise to this fullness.

How can we let the darkness of unbelief blind us to such a great salvation like we have been given? How can we let the Father of lies, rock us to sleep in the cradle of complacency right in the comfort of the light. How can we refuse the fresh heaven sent bread and Divine new wine that is being served us from the hand of our King Jesus? Only those who will hear what the Holy Spirit is saying are partaking.

Every day the system of this world mocks our God, wars against our biblical principals and robs us of our Christian freedoms. How can we go on our merry way to maintain our independent self-sufficient way of life? The system of religion has become a powerless, sick, and greedy form of hypocrisy. The religious system is plagued with seducing spirits that bring the saints of God down to a lower level of living. Doctrines of devils are seeping into the very core of humanity like water to a sponge. The church has been given precious treasures in the promises of God and powerful tools through the spirit of truth yet we do not know enough to contend for the faith and the purity of the gospel of the Kingdom of God. With our self-centered control we take the very life, love and power out of our midst by keeping Holy Spirit grieved behind the bars of our fears.

I said all that as a wake up call, sounding the alarm that time is of the essence. We must humble our selves under the mighty hand of an awesome God who is moving with great velocity, shaking all that can be shaken. His mercy abounds in all His chastisements or allowed judgments that come, in order to rain righteousness and peace down upon our lives and bring new life into us again. He speaks in order to breathe His breath into us again. He speaks to raise us up into a victorious church that is radiant with His glory.

If you are clinging to this old rugged cross in faith and obedience to all it has bought you, then you should be ready to live this life now on the other side of the cross in the power of His resurrection. The other side of the cross is the Holy Spirit living in you and with you. The resurrection of Christ changed everything and it will change everything for you. This incredible force of divine energy and creative force has a source. He is the Holy Spirit, who moved in the creation of the world and He is the power that raised Jesus from the dead. Yes, Holy Spirit is the power and life source on the other side of the cross.

Be encouraged; get up shake yourself off from the old fallen nature for it died at the old rugged cross with Christ. Stop putting all your focus on dying and start believing and living on the other side of the cross. Stop yielding to the old man and yield to the Holy Spirit who will empower your right decisions. Stop looking at that old man, stop giving him attention, stop letting him have his way and all his affections met. He is lost and cannot get into heaven. Set your heart like the sun sets every day to live in the new man in Christ. He will make heaven.

Let the Holy Spirit become your Divine companion now for He intends to be with you and in you forever. Let Him be your guide through all life's issues and your power source to do what can't be done. Let Him be the sweetheart from heaven who fills you with God kind of love. He will reveal Jesus to you through the Holy Scriptures and as you trust and lean into Him you will learn His voice. Let Him change you now and one day HE will clothe you with immortality and give even greater life eternally in the presence of the Father God.

It is going to happen. The church of Jesus Christ is going to arise to the Glory destined for this time in history. God will have a church that reaches maturity and lives in the fullness of Christ. This church will be believers who possess the truth of "the old rugged cross" as gold in their hearts but live and move and have their very being in the resurrection power of a new life on the other side of that cross. We must choose it and persevere in this hour to possess all God has given.

Pray with me: "Father God, in the name of your strong Son, Jesus Christ we ask forgiveness for living in lack, unbelief, deception, seducing spirits and worldly pleasures of no eternal value. We ask you to cleanse us from all that separates us from You as we believe in the power of that precious blood that was poured out for our sin.

Fill us with the power of the Holy Spirit as we surrender to Your truth and give us the grace to receive the resurrection power to live on the other side of the old rugged and precious cross of our Lord Jesus. Amen."
